Meditation is a straightforward practice that has benefits for health, well-being, and peace of mind. Mindfulness meditation is supported by years of scientific research to improve social and emotional intelligence. Sitting together as a group has a long history within the Buddhist traditions spanning back over 2500 years to the time of the Buddha.
